For use, please refer to the literature or internal laboratory instructions.
For example, use the following dilutions (VP = Volume parts):
- Dilution 1:10 = 1 VP sample + 9 VP Samson "s reagent
- Dilution 1:11 = 1 VP sample + 10 VP Samson "s reagent
For counting leukocytes in liquor (CSF) we recommend Samson's Concentrate.
For counting leukocytes in blood we recommend Leuko-TIC® 1:20 blue.
