This is no order shop. All prices given are not binding.

It can be ordered in all ways (email, fax, phone, letter). Our employees will process your order promptly. More than 95 % of our products are in stock. For delivery times above 3 days of dispatch (Mo … Th) you will receive an order confirmation.

If you wish, you can use the following order form and send it by fax.

Prices (Germany)

Our prices (valid in Germany, other countries on request) do not include VAT. They attain their liability only by a written offer, an order confirmation or upon delivery.

All prices are plus the following shipping costs per package:

^*1) Express delivery usually before 10:00 (Mo … Fr).
^*2) A surcharge applies for dangerous goods. 

Below an order value of 25.00 € net, an additional processing fee of 15.00 € is charged.

Prices (Export)

Our Internet prices and shipping costs are only valid for Germany!
For other countries, we ask for your request.

As postage has to be calculated individually (weight, hazardous contents, mode of transport and distance), we ask you to specify the desired items and quantities in your request.

Shipping

Our shipments (Germany) are shipped with a parcel service in most cases. With normal shipping, delivery usually takes between 24 and 48 hours within business time from 8:00 to 17:00 on weekdays (Mo … Fr) most of the time before 15:00.

The senders have no possibility to influence the exact delivery time. If the recipient is absent, redelivery is attempted the next delivery day. Then the goods will be returned to the sender with a fee for the purchaser.

Please ensure that the shipment can be delivered. Dangerous goods require the attendance of the professional purchaser or his authorized representative.

Shipping outside Germany is planned individually.
