After dilution 1:10 you have a very universal standard buffer for e.g. immunocytological and immunohistological staining and detection systems, molecular biological assays and protein biochemical detection systems, Western blot or Far-Western assays, whole-mount in situ hybridisation, apoptosis detection methods and cell nuclear staining.
