Reagent concentrate for the preparation of Hemoglobine reagent according to DIN 58931 (AHD method). For the photometric determination of hemoglobine (Hb) from capillary/EDTA blood.  

Dilution 1 : 151 (10 µl blood and 1500 µl haemoglobin AHD solution. High storage stability of the reagent solution up to 45 °C and > 3 years.

10x concentrate for export (transport weight)
To prepare the working solution, dilute 1 : 10 with dist. Water (e.g. 10 ml + 90 ml; 50 ml + 450 ml or 100 ml + 900 ml).
200 ml yields 2.0 litres of ready-to-use reagent = at least 1330 determinations at 1.5 ml/determination.

Suitable for all photometers with a measuring wavelength of 574/575 nm or 578 nm.
