Adapters screw cap is attached at the equipment, remains there statically and is screwed simply onto the reagent bottle. With the further exchange the bottle is only changed. The Adapter screw cap can be removed at any time by taking the hose off again from the equipment.
Generally the adapter screw cap is not subject to wear off.
