Buffer & Reagents for Olympus HITE Series (Elektrophoresis)

The reagents are suitable for all specified devices. The system parts

1. buffer solution,
2. staining/destaining and
3. transparency solution

are independently applicable and can also be combined with reagents of other manufacturers. Further information on request.

Barbital buffer solutions have better and precisely defined separation properties compared to the much cheaper manufactured citrate buffer solutions, also in pathological serums! Shifts of the fractions into other ranges and too high minima are thus avoided.

The following electrophoresis buffer solutions are non-toxic. The concentrations of barbital are significantly below the limits of mandatory labelling as toxic. The barbital buffer solutions are certified and approved by the BfArM (Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices) - thus available without a licence for the trade in narcotic drugs.
